Cold transfer craftsmanship inspired by the spirit of stay vibrant

At Christmas, we are reminded to pause, to reflect, and to appreciate the many blessings around us.

This spirit of gratitude and warmth is also at the heart of this year's Univacco Christmas card, a small celebration of what it means to stay vibrant, together.



For this card, we challenged ourselves technically and creatively by applying our sheet-fed cold transfer CF 6 Series on textured, lightly coated paper, a combination known for its beauty, but also its high level of difficulty and risk. Every detail required precision.

Throughout the design, cold transfer is used in layered and expressive ways.

On the fish motif, the upper figure uses pure cold transfer, while the lower adds a subtle grey gradient for depth.

Beneath the Merry Christmas message, a large-area cold transfer creates a quiet yet confident metallic presence.

The card itself features numerous fine cold transfer details, from the Roman numerals and hands of the clock to delicate decorative elements. Even more challenging, selected metallic areas are embossed, enhancing not only brightness and fullness, but also visual depth — making the card feel richer, more tactile, and more refined.

Hidden within the design is a small but meaningful detail: a discreet reference to Univacco’s 35th anniversary, quietly marking a milestone year.

This year’s concept draws inspiration from Charles Dickens — not only for his connection to Christmas, but for the values he represents: reflection, generosity, and the belief that warmth and optimism can endure well beyond the season.



To us, stay vibrant is not just about color or brilliance, but about spirit — one that continues to shine through craftsmanship, creativity, and collaboration.
